Kenneth Cooley – Mr. Cooley is responsible for Client Relations and Asset Management functions. Before joining CDK Realty Advisors Mr. Cooley held the position of Chief Operating Officer for L&B Realty Advisors and was responsible for all retail properties managed by the firm. In his role as COO he was responsible for all aspects of a portfolio containing ten million square feet of regional, community and neighborhood shopping centers with a value in excess of $1.5 billion.

Mr. Cooley has earned the Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) and Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS) designations from the International Council of Shopping Centers and has a BBA from Texas A&M.

Jon Donahue – Mr. Donahue is responsible for the Acquisition/Disposition and Asset Management functions. Prior to joining CDK Realty Advisors he served as Director of Acquisition for L&B Realty Advisors and was responsible for acquisition and disposition of all of the firms Value-Added properties. He has extensive experience in acquiring, managing and disposing of retail, office and industrial real estate and during his career has generated disposition activity in excess of $850 million and acquisitions in excess of $500 million.

Mr. Donahue is a firefighter with the Argyle, Texas Fire Department and earned his BBA and MBA from the University of North Texas.

Brent Kroener – Mr. Kroener is responsible for Financial and Asset Management functions. Formerly CFO for L&B Realty Advisors, Mr. Kroener began his career with Arthur Andersen in 1974. His responsibilities at L&B included the corporate finance and treasury functions, property operations reporting, project financing and information systems.

Mr. Kroener, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), is a member of the National Association of Real Estate Companies, the Texas Society of Certified Public Accounts and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He holds a BBA from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Indiana University.

Marshall Edwards – Mr. Edwards is responsible for Strategic Partner development.  Formerly the President of Walden Residential he engineered the sale of that company to Olympus Real Estate in 1999 for a price of approximately $1.8 billion.  At the time of sale Walden managed 50,000 apartment units in 12 states.  Prior to Walden, Mr. Edwards was EVP of NHP Real Estate which at the time had one of the largest multifamily portfolios with 100,000 units.  While at NHP he completed the acquisition and development of $1.1 billion of multifamily projects.

Mr. Edwards currently serves on the boards of Validus International, an oil and gas technology company and Apartment Life, a Christian based ministry serving over 300 apartment communities throughout the U.S.  He has served on the boards of the National Multifamily Council, Liberty Mutual Insurance and The Strand Group.  He holds a BBA and MBA from Southern Methodist University.

Chuck Cope – Mr. Cope provides Acquisition, Asset Management and Client Services for CDK Realty Advisors in the Washington, DC area. Formerly the General Manager of Tysons Corner Center, a Super Regional Mall owned by L&B Realty Advisors, Mr. Cope has worked closely with the Principals of CDK Realty Advisors for over 10 years. After leaving Tysons he was President of Resource Realty in Wheaton, VA and later formed Cope Consulting.

Mr. Cope holds real estate licenses in Virginia and Maryland and holds the Senior Certified Shopping Center Manager (SCSM) and Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS) designations from the International Council of Shopping Centers. He is a regular speaker nationally and internationally on such topics as security, leasing and airport retailing and operations. In addition he provides retail consulting services for Dulles Airport, BWI Airport, Madison Wisconsin Airport and Tysons Corner Center.

Regina Weaver – Ms. Weaver is responsible for Client Reporting and Asset Management functions. Her experience in the real estate industry spans over 18 years. Before joining CDK Realty Advisors, she held the position of Associate Director of Property Reporting at L&B Realty Advisors. In her position she was responsible for all the accounting functions for over 50 assets. In addition Ms. Weaver designed and maintained policies and procedures for the accounting function as well as coordinated all audits and tax returns for the assets held by the companies clients.

Ms. Weaver is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a BBA from Stephen F. Austin University. She is a member of the Real Estate Financial Executives Association as well as Commercial Real Estate Women.

Jo Anne Kroener – Ms. Kroener is responsible for Administrative Services and provides Asset Management services for the
headquarters building of one of CDK Realty Advisors clients. With over 15 years of experience in medical office management Ms. Kroener has extensive experience in staffing, accounts receivable, implementation of computer systems and procedure and systems design and implementation. Ms. Kroener holds a BS from Purdue University.

Denise Cannefax – Ms. Cannefax is responsible for Client Reporting and Asset Management. With over 10 years of experience in Asset Management and Property Accounting she began her career as a Senior Auditor with Ernst & Young. Prior to joining CDK Realty Advisors Ms. Cannefax was a Divisional Controller for L&B Realty Advisors.

Ms. Cannefax is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a BBA from the University of Oklahoma.
